Membership, Offers and Points Policy

Membership

RAXCEN Member costs $10.00 and lasts one year from the day your payment is confirmed.

• Members get 10% off every product. If an offer also applies, the offer comes first, then 10% off the reduced price.
• Sign in before you check out so your member price is applied.
• Membership and points work together. Members keep their member price when they pay with points.
• The membership fee itself is never discounted, does not earn points and cannot be paid with points.
• Your membership does not renew by itself. We remind you before it ends.
• The membership fee is not refundable once the member price has been used on an order.

Offers and Coupon Codes

• Every offer shows its own dates, conditions and any code. These can change at any time, and the terms shown with the offer when you place your order are the ones that apply. Current offers are on our Offers page.
• When an offer ends, its price and its code stop working.
• Each item gets one best price. Offers do not add up on the same item, except the member price described above.
• Some codes are limited to one use per customer or cannot be combined with other coupons. The cart tells you when a code cannot be used.

RAXCEN Points

• You earn points on completed orders when you are signed in. The current earning rate, the value of a point, how long points last and the smallest balance you can use are shown in your account and in the points box at the cart.
• Points are earned at the rate that applied when the order was completed. A later change to the rate does not change points already earned.
• Points are not earned on shipping, tax or the membership fee.
• Points can pay for up to 50% of an order’s eligible value.
• Points can pay for items at their normal price or member price. They cannot be used on an item that already has an offer or a sale price.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If an order is cancelled or fails, the points you used are returned with their original expiry date. Points that have already expired are not restored.
• If an order is refunded in full, the points it earned are taken back.
• If part of an order is refunded, we take back the points earned on the refunded items, in the same proportion. Shipping and tax refunds do not change points.
• If you have already spent the points an order earned, the amount is taken from your future points before new points become available.
• Points used to pay for an order that is partly refunded are not returned.

The money part of any refund follows our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes and Fair Use

We may change these programs at any time. A change does not affect an order already placed. We may cancel points, offers or a membership obtained by abuse, repeated purchase-and-return, or any other misuse of these rules.
