Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how you may — and may not — use raxcen.com (the "Site"), operated by RAXCEN LLC, your RAXCEN account, and any features we offer, including product reviews, support requests, and promotions. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and applies to every visitor and registered user.

Your Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at support@raxcen.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or used to circumvent order, return, offer, or points limits.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Site to browse and purchase products, manage your account and orders, contact support, and leave genuine reviews or feedback — for personal, lawful, non-commercial use, unless we've separately agreed otherwise in writing (for example, with an authorized reseller).

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract pricing, inventory, or product data without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment information, or abuse our return and warranty processes in bad faith.
• Misuse offers, discount codes, points, or memberships — for example by opening extra accounts, sharing a membership, or buying and returning items to collect points. See our Membership, Offers and Points Policy.
• Resell RAXCEN products in a way that misrepresents them, or use our name, trademarks, or product images without authorization.
• Post false, defamatory, harassing, or misleading content anywhere on the Site, including in reviews.

Reviews & User-Generated Content

We welcome honest reviews and feedback based on genuine product experience. By submitting a review, comment, or other content, you confirm it's your own genuine experience and you grant RAXCEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with our products and marketing.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy — including fake reviews, spam, offensive language, or content unrelated to the product — without prior notice.

Reporting a Security Issue

If you discover a security vulnerability on the Site, please report it responsibly to support@raxcen.com before disclosing it publicly. We take all reports seriously and will work with you to understand and address the issue.

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, order cancellation, removal of points or membership benefits gained through the violation, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion and depending on the severity of the violation. Where required by law, we may also report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect new features, risks, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
